If there were no schools to take the children away from home part of the time, the insane asylums would be filled with mothers. ~Edgar W. Howe

Thankful Friday.

life rearranged

Thankful...

... that someone else ate the mint M&M's...
so I wouldn't have to.

... that I finally did a successful french braid...
it only took 12 years to get it right.

... for having friends that "get" me.

... to be able to shop my mom's closet...
for awesome handbags.

Thankful for my small business...
 and doing what I love.

For this little guy and his need to sleep with 2 ...
maybe 3 guns... every night.

Thankful for this blouse-y top
I wore on Thanksgiving day
that perfectly hid the turkey and cheesecake I snarfed down.

For this guy by my side daily...
and keepin' it real.

Thankful to see Greta grow into a true individual.
She's a leader... not a follower...
and for that I'm so proud of her.

... for family that visits for the Holidays...
although we wish they were much, much closer.

For my compassionate Maisie...
who wouldn't hurt a fly...
but loves to shoot turkeys.
{figure that out}.

... and so much more.

What a precious collection of photos and thanks!! :) I love the French braid...I have two little girls and feel like the worst mom ever because I can never do anything cute with their hair. I definitely cannot French braid...maybe one day. Your snack counter is adorable!! Stopping by from Insta-Friday, have a great day!
